crouching spider...hidden webby bits
So, here we go again, a total reboot of the Spiderman franchise, with a new "Spidey", played by Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker. I really liked the old "Spidey" (my nickname, by the way) so I expect big things from the new arachnid-kid on the block!
Co-starring Rhys Ifans as Dr. Curt Connors, who turns into nasty Lizard Man for his own entertainment, terrorizing eveyone else. Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Spidey's crush, Martin Sheen as Spidey's Uncle Ben and the wonderful Sally Field as Spidey's Aunty May, makes for a great ensemble cast.
Directed by Mark Webb (500 Days of Summer) this is a big feature film for him, a make or break I suspect...
Oh, and one admission;
Dear Spiderman, I had to kill a White Tail spider last night; rather big one too, I found crawling on my couch's arm while I sat typing away...
Sorry about that Spiderman, but, it was a case of, either it goes, or I risk being bitten by a flesh eating tiny monster-ette spidey...
